When will I receive my order?

* You will receive your order within 48-72 hours.

* The company responsible for shipping and returns is Correos.

* All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse located in Barcelona.

* Each order is prepared with the greatest care so that your jewelry arrives in perfect condition.

* National and local holidays in Spain may also cause delays in deliveries.

* During special sales periods (Sales, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) shipping times may be increased.

* Estimated delivery dates are calculated in business days.

If you wish to exchange or return a product, you have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to make the exchange or return.

In this email you must indicate:

Order number or complete details of the person who placed the order.
Reason for change or return
Product for which you want to change
Changes will be made to the same address where the first order was placed. If you wish to change the shipping address, you must indicate this in the email.
The shipping costs of the product to be exchanged or returned will be borne by the buyer, who must send the package under his/her own responsibility and cost. * We recommend sending it by certified mail to have a tracking number and thus be able to track the package sent.
The costs of the new shipment of the product exchange will be borne by Floras jewelry and will be carried out by Correos after receiving and checking the product to be exchanged.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and ensuring that they arrive in good condition.
Conditions to take into account when making an exchange or return:

If the product is used or damaged, no exchange or refund will be made.
The costs associated with an exchange or return will be borne by the buyer.
In case of return, the price of the product will be refunded once we have received the merchandise and checked its condition.
If you wish to return an order of more than €60, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
If you have received a gift product and want to make a return, you must return the gift product or else the price of the gift product will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
For hygiene reasons, returns on earrings are not accepted.
Any change in size or colour of products given away as part of a special promotion will be the responsibility of the buyer.
All jewelry is checked and verified before shipping, so we ensure that all jewelry is in perfect condition at the time of shipment.
